親知らずの抜歯
成人には4本の親知らずが生える可能性があります。これらは恒久的な大人の歯で、口の奥の上部と下部の隅に位置しています。親知らずの抜歯は、歯科医師や口腔外科医によって行われる一般的な外科手術です。
親知らずが適切に生えるための十分なスペースがない場合、痛みや不快感を引き起こすことがあります。また、感染症や他の歯科的な問題を引き起こすこともあります。このような場合、歯科医師や口腔外科医は親知らずの抜歯を勧めることがあります。

親知らずの抜歯とは？
Kファミリーデンタルでは、親知らずの抜歯は歯科医師または口腔外科医によって行われる外来手術です。X線検査で埋伏智歯やその他の歯科的な問題が確認された場合、抜歯が勧められることがあります。
親知らずはすべての人に生えるわけではありませんが、生える人は1本から4本の親知らずを持つことがあります。手術中、外科医は歯茎に切開を加え、親知らずを一度にまたは分割して取り除きます。麻酔方法は、手術の複雑さや臨床的な要件に応じて、歯科医師または口腔外科医と相談の上、笑気ガス（亜酸化窒素）や静脈内鎮静などが選ばれます。
親知らずの早期抜歯
親知らずを早期に、つまり20歳以前に抜歯する場合、通常、抜歯手術は簡単に行えます。年齢が抜歯の厳密な基準ではありませんが、手術を遅らせることで合併症のリスクが増す可能性があります。
若い人では、親知らずの根がまだ完全に発達していないため、抜歯が比較的簡単で回復も早いことが多いです。しかし、年齢を重ねると根が長くなり、曲がることがあり、抜歯がより難しくなる可能性があります。

緊急のアドバイスが必要な場合は、まずご連絡ください。診療時間外の場合は、クリニ ックに到着するまで以下の緊急ケアのアドバイスに従ってください。
歯をしっかりとケアしていても、事故が起こることがあります。その際、迅速な対応 が必要です。たとえ軽度の怪我でも、すぐに治療を受けないと感染症のリスクが高ま ることがあります。歯が損傷したり、抜けたりした場合、または歯痛、腫れ、出血、 その他の異常な症状が現れた場合は、すぐに当クリニックにご連絡ください。
予約日まで歯の痛みを抑えるには、ぬるま湯に塩を溶かしたもので口をゆすぎ、市販の 鎮痛剤を服用し、冷湿布で腫れを抑えます。 痛みを悪化させる可能性がある硬い食べ物や噛み応えのある食べ物と食べることは避け ましょう。
